The Chief of Staff team of Group RISK ORC ICT is in charge of oversight the activity of the team cross the work streams, structure the management tools, producing periodic reporting, plan/ coordinate Global common activities and carrying out cross functional projects impacting all or part of these teams (deployment of new tools, new practices, new reporting's, define plans, support the SLT, etc.). Integrated in the Global Iberian Centre of Excellence for Cyber Tech & Data Protection (Iberian CoE), a multidisciplinary team (e.g. IT control, Cybersecurity, IT Management, IT compliance/ legal), you will therefore join this team and will work near/ directly with the Chief of Staff Officer of the Group and with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members.


As Business Management Coordinator, you take responsibility for the following missions:

· Participate in the production of reports by ensuring the consistency and quality of the data collected, according to the defined formats.
· Being proactive in improving the production process, and implementing new practices in collaboration with the teams concerned
· Contribute to the preparation of committee support, the organization of workshops and come to support contributors in the formatting of information.
· Consolidate, synthesize and restore information related to monitoring the progress of projects
· Assist the RISK ORC ICT Chief of Staff and the SLT members on the cross workstreams activity planning, control and report.

This experience will be an opportunity to actively contribute to the management of a department integrating complex and international dimensions, while being involved in the reporting process and in cross-functional projects from the analysis phases to deployment.

It will also allow you to discover the transversal activities of RISK ORC ICT as well as its organization.

Finally, you will be able to put into practice your skills in project, in support of change management and in the management initiatives at SLT level, in oversight of the global operation of Group RISK ORC ICT cross the workstreams.


Bachelor or higher in university

Mandatory English and French native level (TEOFL or other recognized certifications are a plus)

More than 8 years of global professional experience

More than 5 years exposed to top management level

Ability to collaborate

Role model, promotion of a culture of good conduct and contribution to maintaining such a culture

Proactivity, transparency and clear accountability for the determination and management of behaviour risks
Excellent skills in problem solving, presentation and initiative coordination

Teamwork with peers

Strong pragmatism and level of report

Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
