CGD, the largest financial institution in Portugal, is looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to join our team in Lisbon.

An integration engineer is responsible for developing solutions that meet the organization system\xe2\x80\x99s connection needs. The solution itself can vary a lot and will be dependent on many variables, from technologies involved to businesses needs or time to deliver. Adaptability, motivation, good soft skills and willingness to learn
and teach are key factors for success.

What you\'ll do:

\xc2\xa0Design and develop new integration solutions for the company

Maintain and operate existing solutions

Troubleshoots difficult technical software integration issues across multiple systems

Responsibility over all aspects of software engineering, from design to implementation and maintenance (you build it, you run it)

Coach interns and younger team members\xc2\xa0

Main requirements

6+ years of professional experience

Strong software design skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills

Degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent

Knowledge of computer science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms are a necessity

Knowledge of cloud oriented development (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.).\xc2\xa0

API Management (Mulesoft preferential)

Application Servers/Web Servers (Apache, Spring Boot, IBM WebSphere preferential)

Tibco Business Works

Java and Kotlin programing languages

Unix/Linux operating systems

GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus and other CI/CD platforms and tools\xc2\xa0

\xc2\xa0Good Communication skills

Experience in influencing best practices within teams

Ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse individuals during a time of crisis and distress\xc2\xa0
