Job Description The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for enhancing the sales of Bosch Safety and Security Products. The Inside Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Associates responsible for growing sales and delivering customer satisfaction. Each Inside Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining high activity standards, daily prospecting, pipeline growth, prospect qualification, adherence to Bosch values and standards while meeting or exceeding assigned monthly sales revenue targets. The right Sales Leader for this position must have the proven ability to increase the productivity of sales representatives through skill development, adherence to activity standards, providing inspiration, rapid conflict resolution and building a highly empowered, constructive Sales Culture. Your contribution to something big: Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue and productivity targets assigned. Lead internal department whose primary responsibility is growing sales. Promote an atmosphere where all employees are empowered to make appropriate decisions and respond quickly to customer needs and requests. Investigate customer needs and devise methods to improve the overall sales. Recommend policies and operating procedures as needed to ensure positive customer and employee relations. Develop and nurture customer relationships that promote customer loyalty and contribute to business objectives. Respond to internal and external customer needs, requests and concerns as appropriate; investigate and/or channel complaints or problems to appropriate staff; assist in resolving conflicts and act as an intermediary between customers and operations. Maintain an atmosphere of open communications that promotes excellent employee satisfaction. Maintain communications between multiple departments to help promote customer satisfaction and drive sales. Contribute to fiscal planning and make budgetary recommendations. Control costs per commitments and work to identify and implement creative solutions to minimize costs. Collect data and information about customer concerns, needs and problems and implement appropriate corrective actions. Track and monitor defined Inside Sales metrics. Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and/or conclusions. Coach, develop, and mentor Sales Representatives to drive continuous improvement in sales skills and product knowledge Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Actively lead and manage associates Qualifications What distinguishes you: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Experience: Two to five years of proven success leading a high performance inside sales team in a technology environment. Experience in all facets of an inside sales operation. Ability to communicate to all levels of management and customers. Comprehensive knowledge of sales leadership is required. Special Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, team building and organizational skills. Requires a self-motivated individual able to work in a team environment. Must possess strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated computer literacy and team leadership skills are required. Knowledge of SAP CRM preferred. Ability to travel.
