Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager with 4+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee our cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and security systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of our AI-powered customer experience platform.
Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure on Azure (and potentially AWS)Manage network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and SSL/TLS implementationsOversee and optimize our Kubernetes environments for our microservices architectureImplement and maintain SIP/VoIP infrastructure for our voice-based AI solutionsDevelop and enforce security protocols and best practices across all infrastructureOptimize infrastructure costs while maintaining high performance and reliabilityLead disaster recovery planning and implementationCreate and maintain documentation for all infrastructure componentsCollaborate with development teams to ensure infrastructure meets application requirementsMonitor system performance and implement improvements as needed Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in infrastructure managementFluent in Azure cloud services and architecture (AWS and/or GCC will be plus!)Strong knowledge of network security, including firewalls and VPNs (Site-to-site, IPsec, etc.)Knowledge of SSL/TLS protocols and certificate managementExpertise in load balancing technologies and implementing high-availability solutionsStrong understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestrationExperience with SIP/VoIP technologies and infrastructure (huge plus!)Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, ARM templates)Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practicesProven ability to optimize infrastructure costsExperience with performance monitoring and scalability planningStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologiesProfessional development and certification supportFlexible work arrangementsWork-life balanceCollaborative and innovative work environmentChance to make a significant impact in a growing company Automaise is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
