Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager with 4+ years of experience to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will oversee our cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and security systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of our AI-powered customer experience platform.
Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure on Azure (and potentially AWS) Manage network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and SSL/TLS implementations Oversee and optimize our Kubernetes environments for our microservices architecture Implement and maintain SIP/VoIP infrastructure for our voice-based AI solutions Develop and enforce security protocols and best practices across all infrastructure Optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining high performance and reliability Lead disaster recovery planning and implementation Create and maintain documentation for all infrastructure components Collaborate with development teams to ensure infrastructure meets application requirements Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in infrastructure management Fluent in Azure cloud services and architecture (AWS and/or GCC will be plus!)
Strong knowledge of network security, including firewalls and VPNs (Site-to-site, IPsec, etc.)
Knowledge of SSL/TLS protocols and certificate management Expertise in load balancing technologies and implementing high-availability solutions Strong understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration Experience with SIP/VoIP technologies and infrastructure (huge plus!)
