You will work closely with hiring managers, understand client needs, and help build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Your experience in recruitment and understanding of IT roles will be essential in helping us meet our growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:Source and attract highly skilled IT professionals through job boards, social media, networking events, and referralsScreen, interview and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with technical requirements and clients' fitManage the recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to candidates' presentationAssure a great candidate experienceCollaboration with Hiring Managers:Partner with internal teams to understand specific project needs and technical skill requirementsProvide hiring managers with insights and recommendations on candidate profiles and market trendsAssure feedback sessionsPipeline Development:Build and maintain a network of candidates in key technology areasCreate talent pools for future needs and maintain relationships with passive candidatesQualifications:1 year of experience as an IT recruiter, ideally within the IT outsourcing or technology consulting companyProven ability to source and assess candidates for a variety of technical roles (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.
