Hr Rewards Senior Consultant

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resources Consulting team at Mercer.
This role can be based in Lisbon or Porto.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to: Collaborate and manage projects mainly within Rewards, including: Compensation Benchmark Analysis, Salary Bands definition, Variable Remuneration Analysis and Model Design, Job Evaluation, Pay Equity & Transparency, etc.Develop analysis (sometimes complex) based on client and market data using excel and prepare client presentations/reports by using PowerPoint;Participate in the development and production of Mercer's Total Compensation Surveys;Lead presentations, interact with clients and contribute to the development of strong business relations;Identify and follow leads, prepare and deliver proposals and act as a contributor for business development.What you need to have: Degree in Management, Mathematics, Engineering, HR or similar;2/3 years of experience working with compensation/total rewards;English and Portuguese language proficiency;Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint and particularly Excel;Analytical/ Numbers-oriented thinking;Organized and rigorous;Team player and capable of multi-tasking.What makes you stand out?
