Following the Group?s surging growth in Portugal, we are currently looking for hiring an HR Recruitment Officer.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contributing to the pursuing of BNP Paribas? Recruitment strategy for Portugal
Playing an active role in the overall activity of the Recruitment & Talent Sourcing to meet the goals of attracting, hiring and retaining the best talent, while growing a strong pipeline of Candidates
Acting as a point of contact and building influential relationships with Candidates during the selection process
Sourcing and attracting Candidates using various sources, including preparing and launching job adverts
Assessing Candidates by performing interviews and applying other assessment tools
Managing the relationship with Hiring Managers throughout the Recruitment processes
Keeping the latest and most complete information, in order to ensure accuracy and resilience in Recruitment
Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology or related field
At least two years of experience in Recruitment roles
Knowledge of Recruitment techniques and procedures
Experience using Applications Tracking Systems (ATS)
Fluency in English
Data-driven mindset and orientation towards results
Experience in multinational organisations (desirable)
Organisation and management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to cooperate and work within a Team
Ability to meet delivery deadlines
Discretion and confidentiality
