WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're hiring an experienced Head of Marketing .
This is a strategic leadership role that will oversee and scale Goparity's marketing, branding, and growth efforts across Europe, South America and Canada.
You'll lead and mentor the Marketing and Communications team, and work together with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to identify growth opportunities, streamline user journeys, and create strategies that unlock our platform's full potential.

ABOUT THE ROLE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Goparity's global brand strategy , by ensuring a consistent tone of voice across all channels and communication materials, while allowing for local adaptations (specifically in Portugal, Spain and Canada, where we have local teams), and develop strategies to increase brand awareness.
Lead and mentor the Marketing and communication towards achieving the company's OKR , while fostering collaboration across departments.
Foster a culture of creativity, learning, and growth within the team.
Build scalable marketing processes and identify future hiring needs.
Oversee the content marketing strategy and calendar, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns across all channels.
Manage media relations and brand reputation in key geographies.
Improve our paid media strategy across platforms (search, display, social, affiliate) and create actionable performance marketing reports.
Own and evolve Goparity's growth strategy to drive qualified lead generation and investor acquisition .
Define, track, and analyse key metrics such as customer acquisition and retention, ensuring a strong understanding of performance at all levels.
Work closely with Product to design and test growth experiments to optimise features for user acquisition and conversion.
Drive marketing automation efforts, optimising contact database segmentation and CRM workflows.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align messaging and feedback loops.
