Role PurposeYour key responsibility is to manage regional accounting activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance. You will also strengthen relationships with senior executives and local management on behalf of GBS Finance. ResponsibilitiesLead several accounting teamsManage regional accounting activities and statutory/tax reportingMaintain and follow up service level agreements (SLA)Manage regional element of external and internal audit processActively participate in rolling out Hydro's finance target operating model for accounting to standardize and improve accounting performance across EuropeIdentify and implement improvement opportunities in R2R processes to reach benchmark level performancePartner with business stakeholders to optimize service deliveries, addressing service performance issues and identifying improvement opportunitiesParticipation in projects (e. g.
