Head of Affiliates We're seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Affiliates with a strong track record in the real money gaming industry to lead and scale our Client's global affiliate program.
You will be responsible for developing the overall affiliate strategy, managing a team of affiliate managers, and driving performance across all markets.
The ideal candidate has deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and an established network within the iGaming space.
This is a high-impact role with significant influence over revenue generation and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities: ? Define and execute the global affiliate strategy across all verticals (casino, sportsbook, etc.)
? Lead, coach, and grow the affiliate management team ? Identify, onboard, and negotiate high-value affiliate partnerships ? Build scalable systems and processes for tracking, optimization, and reporting ? Manage affiliate budgets, forecasts, and performance KPIs ? Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal standards ? Work cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, and BI teams ? Maintain strong relationships with top affiliates and industry stakeholders ? Represent the company at industry events and conferences ? Drive continuous innovation in affiliate tools, tech, and workflows Requirements: ? 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the real money gaming (iGaming) industry ? Proven experience in leading and scaling affiliate programs globally ? Deep understanding of affiliate business models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and KPIs ? Established network of affiliates and partners in the iGaming ecosystem ? Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills ? Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.G., Income Access, Everflow, MyAffiliates) ? An analytical mindset with the ability to work with BI teams and performance data ? Must be Fluent in Portuguese and professional English ? Ability to travel occasionally for events and key meetings
