Seedstars is a global organization with headquarter in Switzerland and a presence in 65+ emerging markets. We are on a mission to impact people’s lives in emerging markets through technology and entrepreneurship. Our initiatives are focused on connecting stakeholders within these ecosystems, building tech companies from scratch and investing in the top entrepreneurs.
Seedspace development is the concretisation of Seedstars’ objective to settle physically in the different key locations to be able to scale our activities to support entrepreneurial ecosystems (from acceleration programs in our hub, to events like bootcamps, workshops and meetups)! Seedspace comprises coworking and coliving activities in true entrepreneurs’ hubs where all changemakers in emerging markets connect and innovate together.
About the job
Your main responsibility will be to lead the growth and marketing efforts of Seedspace across the globe in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and the Product Owner.
The position is a real connector between the Central Marketing team and the local teams working in the hubs (at the moment there are 9 locations already opened or opening soon: Abidjan, Lagos, Geneva, Cairo, Cape Town, Bogota, Medellin, Dar es Salaam, Casablanca).
Your key responsibilities:
Work together with the Head of Marketing and Seedspace Product Owner to run different growth hacking experiments
Always look for solutions and ideas to improve and optimize the AARRR funnel
Design and implement website/app analytics and reporting
Lead performance marketing (management and optimisation for Google Adwords Search, Re-marketing, Video campaigns, Facebook ads Campaigns)
Coordinate with the marketing team for the production of different materials and deploy to the local teams
Define, setup and implement growth hacking strategies and blueprints

Your profile
You have at least 2 years of experience in launching marketing campaigns on different online marketing channels like Fb Ad Manager, Adwords
You are a very data driven/ analytical person
You have experience with OKRs & and running experiments
You have knowledge of basic tools (eg wordpress, google analytics, optimizely, etc)
Strong belief in getting things done - At Seedstars, we are a team spreadaround the world so it is important to have drive, ownership and execution. Working with an international team in different time zones, you have to be comfortable working in an autonomous global setting and capable to prioritize to make things happen.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to details
You are living or are available to relocate to Porto, Portugal for this full-time job
