Location: Europe (Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Sweden)  Experience: 7+ years What You will Do: Category Strategy & Leadership – Develop and implement a global framework for engineering services, aligning with business goals.
Project-Based Management – Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure optimal service and solution delivery.
Change Management & Standardization – Lead the transition to a unified global process.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with key teams to align category strategies with business objectives.
Supplier & Contract Management – Build strong, long-term partnerships with service providers.
Operational & Financial Oversight – Manage spend across regions, ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
Global Exposure & Travel – Travel up to 25% across Europe, the Middle East, and India.
What You Bring: 10+ years of experience in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Procurement within Engineering & Site Services.
Experience in  project-driven industries like Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, or Construction.
Ability to drive change and unify local processes into a global framework.
Strong stakeholder engagement – collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing global suppliers.
Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel up to 25% across Europe, the Middle East, and India.
