Your Tasks
?? Help customers by phone, email, chat, and social media?? Answer questions about products, services, and how to use them??? Give technical support before and after a sale?? Log customer cases and keep records up to date?? Send complex issues to the right support team?? Work together with other technicians to find solutions?? Manage your own ticket list and follow instructions from your team lead?? Share your feedback to help improve the serviceWhat We're Looking For
?? Proficiency in German, both written and spoken?? English (B2 level)?? Great communication skills?? Comfort with tech and learning new tools?? Problem-solving mindset?? Ability to work in a team and follow processes?? Willingness to learn and growWhat We Offer
