.About the jobIntegrated in the Global RISK ORM Iberian Centre of Excellence, the Group Data Protection – Privacy Solutions & Automation team is responsible for:Tooling & automation strategy to support privacy operations, mostly through the Data Protection Hub (DPHub) based in ServiceNow.Design, configuration and deployment of ServiceNow platform DPHubFunctional and technical support to end users.Platform technical administration.Product management, including change, evolutions, interfaces with other Group tools, knowledge base and information sharing in relevant forums.Coordinate and conduct DPHub Governance, including Steering Committee, Change Management Committee and DPHub Customer Forums.Develop and execute DPHub training and awareness for global teams across 1st and 2nd line of Defense.Manage 3rd party vendor that support the team with the configuration and software development required to evolve DPHub.Promote and increase adoption and awareness of the DPHub supporting privacy activities.Your Main Activities AreOverviewLead support and change work on ServiceNow including user access requests, fixing bugs, configuration of changes, implementation of new functionalities.This is a technical role.
Technical configuration, coding and ServiceNow development skills are considered as a "must have".Collect, understand and discuss business requirements, then define technical design to support the business process in ServiceNow DPHub.Actively participate in the end-to-end ServiceNow projects including support.Develop comprehensive test scripts and perform regression testing.Support in future tool upgrades.Keep up to date on ServiceNow new features and limitations.Provide end-user support.Profile and Skills to SuccessBA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be a ServiceNow trained administrator/ developer.Minimum 3-5 years' experience in ServiceNow Administration/ Technical ProjectsAbility to understand requirements and delivering these requirements in the context of tool implementation.Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Showing initiative to manage own research efforts.Ability to independently troubleshoot issues raised by end users and provide timely and efficient administrative solutions.Team-player, focused on the success of the whole team.
