Your responsibilities:
Support French-speaking customers with their questions via phone, email, or chat
Provide friendly and solution-oriented help across a range of inquiries
Keep accurate customer data and contribute to team goals
Ensure each customer has a positive experience
Who you are:
Native French speakerwithat least B1 English
Strong communicator and active listener
Professional, proactive, and positive attitude
Enjoy working in a diverse, international team
Ready to relocate or already in Lisbon
Must have avalid Portuguese work permit
What you'll get:
Fixed-term contract (renewable yearly)
Salary options:
a) With shared housing (all bills included):€1,040 gross/month
b) Without housing:€1,240 gross/month
Fully paid training
Working hours:full time, 40 hours/week, on rotating shifts
Relocation package includes:
Reimbursement of flight after contract signing
Pick-up from the airport
Support with housing, paperwork, and bank setup
Yearly return ticket to your home country (within the EU)
