The purpose of the role is to:
? Preparing customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment;
? Checking if all customs documentation is completed correctly;
? Contacting customers by email to provide any missing or unclear information necessary to allow customs clearance;
? Ensuring accuracy within a fast-paced goal orientated environment.
?? You need to be:
? Fluent in French (at least a B2 level) and good knowledge of English (B2);
? Team player with can-do attitude;
? Customer focused with excellent communication skills;
? Good computer skills including Microsoft Office;
? Willing to develop in a multinational/ multicultural environment.
