As aFrench Advisor for a Retail Project,you will:
Offer first-class support to clients;
Become a specialist in our Client’s products and services;
Provide customer support via phone and email;
Work on continuous improvement for client satisfaction.

Profile :

Native or ProficientFrenchand fluentEnglish(minimum level B2)
Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
Previous experience in Customer Service or a sales representative is a plus
For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
Currently living in Lisbon.
