ABOUT YOU: We're looking for a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to build and maintain financial models, consolidate reports, and analyze performance against budgets and forecasts.
You'll collaborate with the VP of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic projects, while also leading compliance reporting and working with internal stakeholders to drive financial insights and optimize results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Build and maintain short-term and long-term financial models containing actuals and forecasts for all three financial statementsConsolidate Great Plains and NetSuite financial reporting into TT consolidated reportingReport on Actual results against Budget, Forecast, Prior Year on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis including variance analysisBuild and maintain KPI DashboardCollaborate with VP of Finance to lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processesBuild and maintain a headcount model for forecasting, variance reporting and sensitivity analysisBuild departmental cost models to capture personnel and 3rd party costs to inform departmental leadership and manage performanceBuild and maintain Product Level P&Ls to drive optimal resultsDevelop presentations for departments, senior leadership, and Board of Directors to present results, forecasts and budgets, and identify areas of opportunity and riskPerform ad-hoc analysis to support Private Equity sponsorsLead Lender Covenant Compliance ReportingCollaborate with VP Finance to prepare audited financial statementsPerform Business Case AnalysisSupport Business Development and Analysis (due diligence, valuation models, etc.
)Review Sales Commissions calculations and support materialsEstablish positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate with them to understand variances in performance and to accurately predict future performance
