Responsibilities : Lead the end-to-end development of core systems, shaping a best-in-class AI-driven Marketing Operating System.
Design, prototype, and implement advanced features by integrating AI and Data capabilities while ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with Co-Founders and AI/Data engineers to define the technical roadmap and long-term architecture.
Drive key technical decisions, ensuring a strong, scalable backend infrastructure with robust data and API layers.
Contribute to defining the engineering culture and help scale the technical team as the company grows.
Profile sought : Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience : A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a significant role in building complex, scalable cloud-based systems.
Technical Skills : Strong experience in backend development for high-scale platforms, with expertise in Python, Go, or Rust.
Deep understanding of scalable, cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred) and best-in-class DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, observability).
Passion for AI/ML (direct experience is a plus), with an interest in data-intensive and AI-powered applications.
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, product-driven environments, balancing innovation with pragmatic decision-making.
