Foot Locker Product Advisor

Job Description We are seeking a fashion enthusiast to join our team as a Customer Service Agent.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various channels.
Main Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions in a confident and polite manner via phone, email, or social media.
Resolve product, order, payment method, and shipping-related issues while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Process online credit simulations and complete files.
Handle calls for prospects and clients, and collaborate with other departments to redirect related cases.
What We Offer: Type of contract: yearly or 6 months renewable.
Working hours: 40h/week (8h/day) from Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm.
Salary conditions:* Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950-€1000 gross/month (based on experience).
Excluding accommodation: €1300-€1400 gross/month (based on experience).
Reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick up, and yearly two-way flight ticket back to home country (within EU) for international candidates.
