ENG: Food4Sustainability (F4S) is a collaborative laboratory, based in Idanha-a-Nova, that aims to put Portugal at theforefront of circular low-carbon agri-food production systems, through the development and testing of emergingsustainable intensification systems, farmers training to adopt these systems, and dissemination, education andexperimentation actions targeted at the different communities of interest.POSITION It sets and implements empirical knowledge codification practices, based on operations within F4S agrofood production regenerative systems, their massification and replication and F4S remaining operationalactivities. It designs methodologies for transitioning solutions from the innovation project context to the productivecontext, providing project teams with support from conception. It develops specific solutions for thevalorization and placement of products in the respective value chains. Establishes guidelines and operational procedures, focusing on the systems monitoring and control andon the quality of the services provided. Supports the remaining actions developed by the organization, providing contributions in its area ofoperation and promoting the harmonious and sustainable growth of F4S.CANDIDATE PhD in scientific area relevant to F4S with a minimum of 5 years of experience in operational managementor consulting. Candidates with a masters degree or pre-Bologna degree with a minimum of 10 years ofexperience and/or relevant technical and professional training may be considered. Advanced knowledge of service management, process management and systemic approaches. Advanced knowledge of project management. Certification in project management (minimum PMI PMPor IPMA C). Fluency in Portuguese and English, excellent spoken and written communication. Advanced use of productivity tools and hiring and application platforms.
