SNI is serving as a trusted IT Outsourcing partner in line with the needs of World's most prestigious firms and carried out successful projects worldwide.For one our of international clients, we are currently looking for a Tech Lead - Flutter.Details:Full-timeStart: July 2025Hybrid: 3 days / week in the office in one of the locations: Braga, Coimbra or LisbonDuration of the project: 5 months with possibility of prolongationProject Description:Lead Flutter mobile app development across Android and iOS.Architect scalable, maintainable, and performant mobile solutions.Mentor and guide Flutter developers; conduct code reviews.Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.Ensure code quality, testing, and CI/CD integration.Stay updated with Flutter/Dart trends and best practices.Manage technical risks and project timelines.Requirements:5+ years in mobile development, 2+ years with Flutter.Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter architecture, and state management.Experience with REST APIs, Firebase or AWS Amplify, and mobile security.Familiarity with native Android/iOS is a plus.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.English skills at B2 levelSNI sp.
