The Financial Systems Support Analyst, reports hierarchically to the head of PMO management in the COO scope.

Within the Clarity scope, it's responsible for general support to Local and EMEA Businesses in their use of the Clarity tool in its Resource Management, Project Management and Budget dimensions. Under a functional dependency of ITO PPO, it should be considered the first line of support and interaction between this entity and its final beneficiaries.

Within the Arrow scope, it's responsible for the maintenance of the Arrow Center of Expertise and the interaction with the different stakeholders.

Within Cockpit scope, it's responsible for all the monthly production tasks that lead to the publication of business performance dashboards, and all necessary support to the tool users.

ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES

Provide training and support to local Businesses on the use of Cockpit, Clarity and Arrow tools
Provide training and support to EMEA Businesses on the use of Clarity as a service provided to ITO PPO
Carry out data controls on the data's accuracy and consistency within Clarity (as a service provided to ITO PPO) and Arrow
Provide support and control during Budget exercise concerning the actions performed in Clarity and Arrow
Contribute to the communication of the best practises and updates on Cockpit, Clarity and Arrow related processes
Constitute an interface of communication and alignment between local governance and ITO PPO for Clarity and between territory functions, business lines and management for Arrow
Encourage, amplify and participate in improvement suggestions to the current processes
Participate in the development and implementation of an ARROW centre of expertise
Participate in the draft, testing and implementation of channels of communication between ARROW and other data platforms
Format and publish monthly Cockpit performance dashboards following business data and comments contribution
Provide support and grant access to Cockpit tool
Provide updates and amendments to current dashboard structure and subsequent KPIs following business requests
Participate in the necessary improvements related to the Cockpit production cycle

PROFILE

Required level of education: BSc's in Economics, Management, IT or equivalent is preferable
A previous experience in project management or a related area is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Knowledge of Sharepoint is a plus
Fluent in English (minimum B2 Level). French knowledge is a plus.
