The Productivity & Holdings Financial Analyst reports to the Head of Productivity & Holdings P&C.
Key Responsibilities Global Productivity Planning & ControllingPresent reports to senior stakeholders (BM/offices, global heads of functions) both in a regular format and with specific analysis (board decks, strategic requests…)Manage costs closing monthly process with P&C teams (APAC/EU costs and other regions P&C), Finance Factory and functions to collect comments and translating them into clear explanations/action itemsPrepare reports and documents for Allianz SE (TOM CC, PD decks, ad-hoc requests)Manage costs PD/FC process with P&C FF/P&C teams and global functions: define TDIs and assumptions, prepare summaries and decks for global head of P&C/Board, interact with functions, HR and CTO for input collection, orchestrate PD tool upload with P&C FF teamFunctional Costs GovernanceMaintain and develop costs reporting platform in collaboration with P&C FF Costs and Reporting Factory TeamsMaintain, align and update "non Org Chart" part of the Functional Costs structure to ensure transparency on non FTE specific buckets of costs (e.g.
Allyz, taxes…)Together with HR and FF Costs team, maintain overall Functional Costs structure: updates and remappings driven by HR Org Chart changes, communication to functional and P&C stakeholdersExpenses Approval ProcessesLiaise with Productivity team for updates on policies and develop improvements in the Assembl*E Expenses Approval ToolsCommunication and trainings to functions and with finance communityDay to day management of the tools (drive transfer to Finance Factory) such as user updates, questions from users, masterdata changesWhat We Offer: Our employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
