Our client is a Luxury Fashion e-commerce with more than 1000 international employees with offices located in London, New York, Sao Paulo, Moscow, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Porto, Lisbon & Guimaraes.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for:
-Managing, optimizing and growing the sales performance of the boutique partnerships
-Engage and maintain the boutique's active participation, creating a strong relationship
-Managing offline/online sales against product deliveries and commercial performance, working closely with merchandising and the wider commercial team
-Negotiate, plan markdowns and ensure adherence to promotional activities
-Onboarding new boutiques commercially and supervise the operational setup and implementation
-Ensuring boutique is online with the right stock quality/quantity in a short time frame
-Full Professional level of Italian
-Full Professional level of English
Location: Lionesa (Porto)
- sales experience (online/offline), preferably in a retail brand or wholesale environment
-Customer oriented approach & results-driven, negotiation and analytical skills
-Organization & planning skills
- experience using Excel (pivots) and use of data tools to obtain and/or assess analytical information
