We are looking for an experienced Fabshop Piping Inspector (Site) to join our team.
You will play a crucial role in Quality Control within a growing company.
What Will You Do?
Perform visual inspections of piping components and spools during fabrication at the workshop.
Verify compliance with technical specifications, isometric drawings, and applicable standards (ASME, EN, etc.).
Supervise and validate Non-Destructive Testing (VT, RT, UT, PT, MT) on piping elements.
Review and manage quality documentation: WPS/PQR, material traceability, and welder certifications.
Issue inspection reports and manage non-conformities (NCRs).
Participate in quality meetings with production teams and clients, ensuring compliance with project standards.
Inspect surface treatments and coatings when applicable (painting, galvanizing, etc.)
Requirements: Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
Proven experience as a quality inspector in piping fabrication projects.
Strong knowledge of isometric drawings, P&IDs, material specifications, and welding standards.
NDT certifications (ideally VT + RT/UT).
Minimum B2 level in English or Portuguese .
