- Travel arrangements;
- Appointment scheduling: maintaining business and personal calendars;
- Manage emails; answers phones;
- HR assistance: plan and organize company events; help with hiring and pre-screening CVs;
- Special Projects management: organize and prioritize large volumes of information; perform Internet research, draft reports.
- Previous experience in similar fuctions ;
- Previous experience in Law Firms (mandatory);
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent command of English,verbal and written communication skills;
- French language is a bonus;
- Direct contract with our client;
- Possibility of integration in a multinational company;
- Salary conditions compatible with professional experience.
