Intending to enhance synergies between European funds and to develop a strategic agenda of collaborative work.Job Position – EU Project Communication ConsultantRequired:Master's degree in Media, Communication, International Relations or relevant equivalent experience; Minimum 3 years of experience in EU funded projects (HE, H2020, CEF-Transport, LIFE, among others) in the field of communication and dissemination, and EU funded project managementExcellent English and Portuguese written and oral skillsAttention to detail and good writing skillsExcellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace related tools; Excellent knowledge of use and management of communication tools (Wordpress, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics)Strong competences in social media (Linkedin, X, Instagram, etc.)
management and monitoring; Good analytical and organisational skills and ability to work under pressure and respect tight deadlines.Strong self-motivation, communication and proven networking skills; Working experience in multi-cultural, multi-lingual and multi-disciplinary environments.Preferential Factors:Proficiency in French or Italian is a plus; Knowledge of Google Workspace ToolsKnowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)Experience in large scale conferences' communication and organisation
