Develop and implement ESG strategies, conduct audits, certifications and collaborate with engineering and architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sustainability and ESG strategies for real estate projects.Conduct audits and support building certification projects (WiredScore, BREEAM, LEED, WELL).Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to integrate sustainable practices into projects.Monitor and report on the ESG performance of projects.Stay up-to-date with sustainability trends and regulations.Monitor and track progress of implemented sustainability initiatives.Help prepare documentation for compliance with ESG reporting frameworks and regulations.Requirements and Qualifications: Higher education in Engineering, Architecture or related area.Proven experience in the area of sustainability and ESG for buildings and real estate.Proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and teamwork skills.Ability to face new challenges and adapt to a dynamic environment.Training in BREEAM, LEED, WELL or equivalent sustainability certification systems will be valued.Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.What we offer: Opportunity to work on innovative and high-impact projects.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Continuous professional development.Competitive benefits package.
