Your guidance ensures teams gain a comprehensive view of the agile ecosystem, learning to optimize processes, overcome obstacles, and deliver value-driven outcomes. Ultimately, your role contributes to the organization's agility, fostering innovation, and enabling sustainable growth in a competitive market.As a part of your job, you will: Lead and manage end-to-end business agility transformation at an enterprise scale, working with teams across the organization to build and support an agile ecosystem. Coaching experience and ability to influence all levels of the organization (C-Suite, Senior Business and Technology Leaders, Middle Management and Team); Advocate and facilitate a culture shift within the organization, promoting an agile mindset and behaviors and ensuring these principles are deeply ingrained in our everyday work. Foster a continuous improvement environment, encouraging teams to inspect and adapt their practices to increase effectiveness. Deep expertise in delivering outcomes with agile methodologies in multiple teams. Implementation experience of Agile scaling methods SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS etc; Experience andexcellent facilitation skills in the complexities required in designing, constructing, and facilitating across boundaries in an enterprise context. Use coaching techniques that create an environment that increases cross-functional collaboration, transparency and promotes a culture of innovation. What are we looking for? Experience in a strategic agile coaching role and practices for at least five years that was diligently applying Lean and Agile principles, practices. Practitioner level Agile certifications, e.G. ICP-ENT, ICP-ACC, SAFe-SPC, LeSS, Scrum; Remote facilitation skills like Mural, Miro etc; Strong communication and presentation, skills. Ability to navigate organizational design complexities and be a change agent to help unlock organization's potential
