Join us and let's write our next chapter together.What you will be doing:Provides technical expertise and advice to senior/executive management on current and emerging systems trends, practices, opportunities, and risks within area of expertise.- KEY ACTIVITIESControl the PtP organization:Review the Global Process Model, DTPs, and Job Aids bi-annually/annually.Liaise with external audit.Manage level 3 escalations.Manage PtP processes:- Monitor end-to-end processes and work together with Process Excellence, Shared Services/BPO to continually implement improvements.- Do research and bring in 'industry trends' and digital PtP process knowledge (e.G., RPA).Manage PtP policies:Ensure policies are in line with the latest legal and regulatory requirements.Align internal requirements with policies and/or procedures.Develop white papers to document significant accounting events.Implement new policies and/or procedures.Provide PtP analytics:- Design and perform monthly management and analytical reporting.OTHER TASK/ACTIVITIES:Involves providing unique, high impact, technical or expert advice to directors or officers within a region or internationally.Based on the strategic and tactical priorities for PtP, the COE PtP Advisor leads and drives projects to enhance the PtP process overall.In addition to regular partnering with regional business stakeholders on PtP-related process and system issues, advises all parties – business stakeholders, shared services, and FedEx suppliers – on solutions to complex PtP challenges while also helping to deploy specific solutions and improvements.Finally, COE PtP Advisors leverage their proximity to business stakeholders and in-depth knowledge to lead complex, high-impact PtP projects including complex query handling (level 3) and business partnering for new requirements
