Your expertise will help our clients achieve peak performance in their advertising efforts, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.Responsibilities:Design and execute detailed paid media strategies for diverse digital channels.Employ your expertise to identify and fulfill paid media needs.Utilize advanced data tools to derive actionable insights and drive results.Apply critical and analytical thinking to address complex paid media issues.Develop compelling ad campaigns that enhance user engagement and drive conversions.Oversee paid media projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes.Build monthly reports and present them to clients, showcasing performance metrics and actionable insightsRequirements:Minimum of 5 years' experience in paid media.Advanced proficiency in English (C1 or C2 level).Deep knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.Experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other ad management platforms.Expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, and data mining.Proven track record in creating and implementing e-commerce and performance campaigns.Strong skills in A/B testing, ad copywriting, and optimizing landing pages.Ability to evaluate KPIs and use data to refine paid media strategies.Excellent teamwork, communication, and client-facing skills.Proficiency in project management.Compensation:This position offers a competitive salary with potential adjustments based on your proven experience and expertise for a 9-month contract, with potential for renewal based on performance and business needs.What We Offer:22 vacation days, plus two additional days off on December 24 and December 31.Friday afternoons off.A hybrid workplace model tailored to your needs.Mentorship from experienced professionals in the field of digital marketing
