We are looking for Dutch Junior Social Media Content Moderators to start their career in Digital Marketing and Online Advertising.
Responsibilities: Provide B2B support to small and medium-sized businesses via chat, email and phone Consult B2B clients on optimization procedures for their advertising base in the online and digital advertising domain Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products Offer recommendations to common B2B problems or frequently asked questions Maintain and ensure high level of customer satisfaction Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients Provide customer insights and feedback from our B2B clients to engineering Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2) Advanced level of English both verbal and written Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills Ability to evaluate customer complaints, assess alternatives, and make solid, consistent decisions and/or recommendations as required Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver Experience with online advertising products and social media will be considered a plus Must hold EU citizenship Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal Excellent monthly salary (1248€ gross) Monthly bonus Relocation package covered Free Accommodation in a shared apartment Health Insurance since day one in the company Excellent work opportunity in a leading multinational company Stable work and career progression Continuous training and integration phase Refund of initial flight expenses Free annual flight to the homeland Free Portuguese language courses, surfing, soft trekking and much more.
