Your main responsibilities will be :
Monitor early budget of each store, ensuring profitability and performance ;
Find, select and recruit leaders for our stores, to perform high sales and profitability ;
Adapt leadership and coaching styles to inspire and develop the Store Managers in order to maximize sales and profitability ;
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with store teams ;
Work closely to other areas of the headquarters in order to implement actions plans to guarantee operational standards across all stores ;
Execute the global Visual Merchandising standards ;
Analysis of business performance, identify commercial opportunities, implement change and corrective actions where appropriate in order to achieve main goals ;
Your profile :
Previous and strong experience in similar roles ;
Good communication skills ;
Top training and leadership skills
Availability to travel ;
