We are looking for a qualified and motivated Digital Traffic Acquisition Specialist to join our Digital Team!
Your mission In this role, you will manage the planning, implementation and tracking of performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms (e.G.
Google, Meta, Display).
Together with the Digital team and multiple stakeholders in Marketing & Sales, you are at the centre of all sales-delivery digital campaign strategies for multiple brands – contributing directly to Salt's growth.
Your duties In a nutshell: Manage the budget, planning, implementation and tracking of performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms – ensuring flawless execution and continuous KPI tracking.
Define and ensure the roll-out of traffic strategy of Salt and its sub-brands with specificities adapted to each brand, according to weekly commercial plan.
Collaborate with Product Management & Marketing Communication Teams to ensure that all digital advertising campaigns are delivered on time and with high quality.
Collaborate and coordinate the performance marketing roadmap with our Graphic Designer, specifying the requirements of the different creatives and providing feedback on deliverables.
Write ads copies for performance marketing campaigns.
Prepare and implement the defined performance marketing campaigns: write ad copies, load creatives, and coordinate with external agencies.
Continuously monitor campaign delivery and troubleshoot any appearing issues.
Follow closely & manage the performance and its main KPIs.
Follow closely the digital budget, including support in preparation and management of the weekly, monthly & yearly budget.
Deliver analysis on performance marketing performance, and recommendations to Digital & Marketing department based on them.
Push analytics learning to drive priorities & increase digital sales.
Explore emerging platforms and constantly hunt for additional profitable traffic sources.
Coordinate and deliver the weekly campaign roadmap requirements to traffic partners, such as comparators.
Implement A/B tests to drive new insights and learnings, with the goal of increasing digital sales.
What you bring Bachelor or Master in Digital Marketing & Communication or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in digital traffic management.
Background in the telecom industry is a strong plus.
Good knowledge of Google, Bing, Meta, Criteo environments and all the assets of search, shopping, performance max, display, retargeting, video.
Proven success in a digital transformation driven by an ROI and CPA approach
