Digital Marketing Specialist CHC
About the Opportunity
Sanofi is currently inviting applications for the role of Digital Marketing Specialist CHC in Lisbon, Portugal.
Based on experience, guidelines and consumer data, the Digital Marketing Specialist CHC leads the design and activation of best-in-class digital campaigns and assets for CHC Portugal. In this role, via digital vehicles, you bring to life our leading brand's consumer journeys and, as a result, you contribute to the delivery of the strategic objectives for the brands, within our category Growth Models.
The Digital Marketing Specialist CHC is responsible for setting and managing the measurement of key KPIs for media execution across digital campaigns and owned assets performance. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, this role will play a critical role in engaging with internal brand marketing teams to enable the selection, design and execution of measurement methodologies aligned with brand marketing objectives and strategies. In this role, you will also act as a "player coach" to consistently upskill marketing teams on all digital marketing concepts and work together in the construction of annual brand plans.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for providing best in-class support to country brand marketing teams on the following topics:
1) Execute the Digital Campaigns and owned asset upgrades or new developments.The Specialist will work hand-in-hand with the marketing teams, regulatory staff and media and creative agencies to execute the best in class precision marketing campaigns and objectives communicated by brand leaders and owned asset aligned with business goals and objectives. This includes supporting the planning, execution and measurement, challenging the agencies on expected performances, along with ongoing optimization of in-flight digital marketing campaigns to maximize business impact. For all of this, freedom to create new programs and digital projects, while also utilizing Sanofi global digital frameworks and KPIs for digital marketing
2) Be an extended team memberto brand marketing teamsin developing fit for digital content for both specific digital campaigns as well as owned digital assets (e.g. websites, content hubs, partnerships). The digital marketing Specialist will be responsible to define best in class practices to create digital content aligned with key consumer insights to drive activation. The Digital Marketing Specialist will ensure that best in class SEO and UX design are implemented. They will ensure state of art digital media execution (SEM, Tagging, Display, Video etc). She/He will provide guidance for creative and A/B testing
3) Bring rigorous analytical measurementto digital marketing campaignsto enable the development of best-in-class digital consumer insights. This will inform cross-brand digital marketing strategy, design, and execution. In addition, the Digital marketing Specialist will be responsible to understand the campaign asset performance against key KPIs (that they will define) and best practices, including development of sustainable learnings
Educated to university degree qualification; marketing or IT qualification preferable
5 recent years professional experience in digital advertising; at least 2 years of focused experience planning and/or executing digital campaigns for consumer brands
Desired: expert from performance digital marketing agency, independent trading desks or account manager at Ad Tech companies (DV360, Facebook ad manager, Amazon DSP)
Have deep understanding of digital lead generation and brand building techniques using Search, Social and Programmatic (e.g. Targeting, content and creatives for programmatic and Social, SEO and SEM)
Certification in or extensive hands-on experience with Direct experience with key Ad Tech platforms such as AdWords, Google Analytics, Demand Side Platforms (DSP), and DMPs
Experience or can act like a coach to the Marketing & Trade marketing teams on digital execution techniques and KPIs; strengthen digital knowledge of CHC team
Be able to understand key business and strategic levers in Sanofi CHC. Acquire knowledge of Sanofi CHC marketing frameworks needed to build brands (Winning Choices, Growth Model, Winning Consumer Communications)
Senior enough to clearly direct and track performance of internal/external partners
Dynamic, creative, proactive, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style. Shows agility, accountability and measured risk taking in making decisions or resolving problems
Adaptability and resistance to a fast-paced, changing environment; ability to multi-task
