NumbersBelieveis looking for aDigital Marketing Specialist
for our OMNIA Platform Team.
We are a product development-oriented Scrum Team.
As aDigital Marketing Specialist, you are expected to create, manage, and implement digital strategies by using new age marketing tactics with the goal of enriching our customers and partner network.
OMNIA Platformit´s an entirely new way to Develop, Deploy and Operate Management Information Systems (MIS) on the Cloud.
Using Model Driven Development, Domain Driven Design and Domain Specific Languages as root theories, OMNIA it´s a Cloud Low Code Platform that makes it easier to deal with Business Applications related DevOp tasks. These applications are modeled by Business Analysts on top of OMNIA Platform, in a completely innovative way, benefiting from great productivity and quality gains, when compared with traditional programing technics (code centric).
Working with R&D Team to manage the content writing process.
Create and deliver content for press releases, media relations, blogs, case studies, white papers, newsletters, social media, email campaigns and company website.
Creating marketing and promotional materials, both physical and electronic.
Developing and managing Social Media Strategies.
Research and Implement new age digital marketing strategies.
Working with the team to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Working with the team to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
Manage the relationship with Partners Network.
Outreach and Event Strategy:
Event coordinating and preparation. Online or offline. As participant, as a host, or as a sponsor.
Coordinating conferences, trade shows, press interviews, and meet ups.
Outreach to trade shows and conferences.
Outreach to media outlets for mentions.
Site Administration planning including installs, updates, and modules selection from CMS catalog. Change management from a Dev/Staging to Production.
Developing best practices in SEO / SERP friendly page development.
Optimizing the experience of websites internationally to meet the needs of our operations in the US, Canada, EMEA and Asia regions.
Advise marketing leadership on ongoing changes in SEO to keep our Web and other content assets current with evolving SERP best practices and technology trends. Support budget planning for required investments.
Monitoring and measuring website performance (page/domain authority) and providing feedback on metrics that indicate user behavior and SEO Outcomes (Organic Traffic, Backlinks, Keyword Rankings, Dwell Time, Bounce Rate and Traffic sources)
Experience with Email and landing page design experience. Marketo and Unbounce or similar.
Key skills and experience
Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in New Age and Digital Marketing.
Ability to write, edit, proofread and revise communications.
Ability to gather and organize information to plan digital campaigns.
Ability to direct, motive and monitor campaigns.
Ability to compile reports.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Good interpersonal skills.
Good research skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing / Information Technology or related field.
Experience in Technology / Cloud Software Solutions highly recommended.

Eager to learn, keeping updated about latest tools/ technologies/methodologies
Experience with SW product lifecycle, with focus on rapid building and frequent delivery.
