Profile of the candidate We are looking for a skilled and motivated DevSecOps Engineer to join the IT Ops & Cloud team within the IT Ops & Security department.
This role will focus on implementing and managing Security and DevOps practices to streamline IT operations and software development, fostering collaboration and automation.
What will you be doing?
Solid understanding of security concepts, including threat modeling, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.
Experience with integrating security best practices at every stage of the SDLC.
Manage and monitor the organisation's infrastructure, including provisioning, scaling, and maintaining bare metal servers, virtual machines, and cloud resources in MS Azure.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, applications, and deployments.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Security & DevOps practices and toolchains.
Stay current with the latest DevSecOps /Devops technologies and trends.
What we expect from you?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years for Regular / 5+ years for Senior) as a DevSecOps/DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
Experience in DevSecOps & Devops principles and practices.
Experience in MS Azure cloud platform and services.
Experience with containerisation technologies (e.G., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with IaC tools (e.G., Terraform, Ansible).
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.G., GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (e.G
