ISO 27001 (Information Security) and ISO 9001 (Quality) certified, PCI-QSA, and member of CREST and CIS - Centre for Internet Security, we provide services to a considerable number of clients, operating in more than 20 countries.Job DescriptionContribute to the development of internal IAM methodologies, frameworks, and products, promoting initiatives to improve IAM procedures and mechanisms within the organisation.Support the design and implementation of IAM strategies, processes, and frameworks, fulfilling the organisation's unique cybersecurity requirements and integrations with existing systems and applications, including the development/implementation of tools that automate IAM processes.Manage, analyse, and validate user access requests, ensuring proper authorisation and compliance.Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IAM-related issues, including authentication and authorisation problems.Provide support to multiple teams on IAM best practices, and constantly building and refining access profiles.Monitor IAM processes and technology to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.Assist in the delivery of IAM training and awareness programmes for multiple clients.Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Operational experience as an IAM Consultant or similar role.Solid knowledge of IAM principles and cybersecurity.Expertise in directory services such as Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP.Expertise in on-premises and cloud infrastructure (e.G.
AWS, Azure, GCP), their implementations, and related IAM services.Expertise in authentication and authorisation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.Knowledge in coding languages such as Python, Java and .NET, or Powershell, for IAM automation and integration tasks.Knowledge of industry compliance, regulations, standards, and frameworks related to cybersecurity and IAM, such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar.Experience in responding to and ensuring compliance with audits from external and internal entities
