Development Team Lead

We are looking for a Development Team Lead to lead a small team of 3-4 developers with programming experience in Java and Golang, along with proven leadership skills.
Requirements: Bachelor's in Informatic Engineering or similar; Experience in Java and Golang programming; Team Leadership Experience; Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; Knowledge of Publish/Subscribe systems architecture; Be able to write and speak in English.
