To Maintain, Upgrade and Manage our Windows-based Servers, in our Internal Datacenters or on the Cloud (AWS, Azure), including High-Availability Clusters and Container Services.
To Troubleshoot Incidents and Problems by yourself and sometimes coordinating efforts with other Support Groups and Manufacturers, including during On-Call Hours.
To Monitor and Analyze the Performance of the Systems to conduct the necessary Measures to eliminate existing performance Bottlenecks.
To Provide Technical Advice on a diverse range of topics, such as server/network architecture, server connectivity, software running on the operating system or containers, and also other Cloud-related topics.
Must have:
Proven more than 12 months of working experience as an IT technician.
Familiar with infrastructure implementation/management, service/operations management, etc.
Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on-experience related to Data Centers;
Good knowledge in IT infrastructure backend architecture (servers, storage units) and business continuity/disaster recovery.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Server Products (ActiveDirectory, GPO, ADFS, Exchange, Office)
Advanced knowledge of VMWare Technologies (including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure)
Good knowledge of scripting: Bash, powershell and python.
Good Knowledge of Application Servers: Jboss, Tomcat and IIS.
Basic knowledge in public cloud environments
Experience with UNIX/Linux/Windows virtualization and "Infrastructure as a Service" architecture
Identify and troubleshoot problems of IT environments.
Experience facilitating meetings with multiple customers and technical staff, including building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary
Fluent in Portuguese and Autonomous in English (Spoken, Read and Writing)
Nice to have:
Academic degree of education in IT or similar
Certifications in IT technologies
Experience and ability to work in teams
Availability to work in Lisbon
