Data Engineer

Job RequirementsUniversity degree in Information Technology or similar;Minimum of 5 years' experience in data engineering, with a focus on data modeling for analysis;Minimum of 3 years' experience with Azure and Databricks;Proven experience in designing and implementing complex data models to support advanced analysis;Experience with Python, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps and Azure Databricks;Experience in implementing data governance and data quality practices;Advanced mastery of Microsoft Fabric, especially in data modeling and integration with analytical tools;Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, DAX and data modeling languages;Skills in translating business requirements into efficient and flexible data models;Ability to optimize data models for performance and scalability;Experience in digital transformation projects in the financial sector;Solid business knowledge of the banking sector and financial sector regulations;Microsoft certifications are valued, such as Azure Data Engineer, Power BI Data Analyst;Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills;Excellent oral and written communication skills;A love of teamwork and continuous learning.Location: Alfragide (Hybrid)
