Job Description We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of AI-driven solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and deliver AI-focused projects, ensuring they align with business goals.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, mitigating risks along the way.Facilitate communication between technical teams (e.g., developers, data scientists) and non-technical stakeholders, including client teams.Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Identify and resolve project issues promptly, escalating when necessary.Foster a collaborative and innovative project environment, driving team motivation.Keep abreast of emerging trends in AI and integrate best practices into project workflows. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably software development.and in technology or AI-related projects is a plus.Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.Familiarity with AI concepts, tools, or technologies is highly desirable.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.Project Management certification is a plus.
