Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model from Lisbon. Position Overview As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing data analysis and reporting tools to teams like VERDI. Your responsibilities will include data extraction, processing, and delivery to support decision-making and enhance the user experience. This collaborative role will involve working closely with teams to ensure high data quality while addressing recurring and ad hoc business needs.
Key Responsibilities Build and optimize ETL data pipelines using Apache Airflow . Fine-tune SQL queries and Python scripts for enhanced performance. Generate actionable insights and identify emerging trends through data analysis. Deliver data outputs in an attractive and functional format for stakeholders. Understand business requirements and assess their impacts to guide data solutions. Continuously ensure the accuracy and quality of data and provide ongoing support to the team. Required Skills Advanced Python for scripting and analytics . Advanced SQL with Oracle (mandatory); SQL Server and PostgreSQL (preferred). Experience with PySpark and Data Warehouses . Familiarity with Agile (SCRUM) methodologies. Knowledge of Apache Airflow (desired). Fluent English (mandatory). Bonus Skills: Version control with GIT . Experience with Parquet file format .
