These will be your tasks
You’re going to support all customer service functions and communications as part of a fast growing talented team.
You're offering these qualifications
Performing follow-up actions to assist customers requirements
CRM and ticketing platforms (i.e. Zendesk, Helpshift, Salesforce or other similar)
B2C & B2B customer service knowledge
Trust and Passionate people, able to Inspire others and Add value showing Empathy
Strong in communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Able to pick up new technology quickly
English as a 2nd language
Availability to work 8 hours/ day, 40 hours/ week, rotating shifts (between 8am - 5pm, Monday to Sunday)
Interest in wine & the wine industry - a huge plus of course!
