Cybersecurity Project Manager

What are you going to do?
Plan, prepare, and coordinate penetration testing projects from initiation to completion; Serve as the central communication point between the Pentest team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery; Define scope, timeline, resources, and budget for pentest engagements in collaboration with technical teams; Develop detailed project plans outlining activities, deliverables, and assigned responsibilities; Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions when needed; Proactively identify and remove roadblocks that may impact project delivery; Coordinate the collection of relevant technical information, including infrastructure, systems, and application data; Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates; Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables such as pentest reports and client presentations; Allocate Pentest team resources effectively, optimizing individual skills and availability.
What are we looking for?
+3 years of proven experience in project management within the IT sector; Previous experience in planning and overseeing penetration testing or cybersecurity projects (mandatory); Strong knowledge of offensive security methodologies and the full pentest lifecycle; Hands-on experience with Burp Suite or similar security testing tools; Certified in Agile methodologies such as Kanban Management Professional (KMP) or Scrum Master (SCM); Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
