Cyber Security Officer

We are looking for a Cyber Security Officer to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model from Lisbon. Position Overview As a seasoned Cyber Security Officer , you will play a pivotal role in managing and mitigating cybersecurity risks associated with AI, cloud, and data security . You will work closely with operational teams, support security governance, and ensure alignment with industry standards and organizational objectives. This is a senior-level role requiring over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001 .
Key Responsibilities Conduct risk assessments for emerging technologies, including AI, cloud, data security, and identity management. Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and guidelines aligned with organizational goals. Provide operational support to cybersecurity teams and monitor the implementation of security-related action plans. Design dashboards and cybersecurity indicators to facilitate monitoring and reporting. Contribute to AI & Data security governance across the organization. Manage the inventory of applications and assess associated risks. Oversee the migration of legacy codes and risks to ServiceNow. Review access requests submitted by various teams to ensure compliance. Actively participate in risk committees and advocate for continuous improvement in cybersecurity measures. Technical Requirements 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles. Expertise in AI security and security infrastructures . Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST , ISO 27001 , EBIOS RM ). Proven ability to analyze and manage risks effectively. Languages English: Fluent (mandatory).
