Work Location: Amadora, PortugalThe candidate will provide Remote Technical Support for the following products:This position requires a high degree of technical skills to provide technical support for our customers on a 24x7 basis.

Technical Qualifications (Skills/Experience):The candidate is required to have a good understanding of Volte Network.Strong telecommunication technology knowledge in IMS/
VoLTE solutions and relevant telecommunication standardsRelevant technical support experience knowledge of RED HAT Linux, Virtual machines, Cloud and Open StackKnowledge of TCP/IP networking, OSI layers, VoIP related protocols (SIP, H.248, RTP)Resources with Tech Support (Care) background is preferable
