David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading multinational technology business that is looking to recruit an Italian speaking Customer Support Agent for their office in Lisbon.
The successful employee would support customers who own a premium membership of a streaming platform.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat or email, providing troubleshooting and advice.Provide B2B customer support focused on monetization (e.g., optimizing channel revenue and strategies).Stay informed and up-to-date with client policies and guidelines.Assist with account and settings issues (e.g., resolving content ID and rights management concerns).Manage policy, safety, and copyright issues (e.g., understanding ads, navigation, and copyright guidelines).Troubleshoot various problems (e.g., video playback issues, uploading errors, account bugs, and membership concerns).
REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in Italian, both oral and written.
Fluent in English (at least B2 level)Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users ?
